Giving Patients a Fighting Chance

Duncan Darrow is in the 10th year of a decadelong in-the-trenches campaign to help victims of cancer in Suffolk County cope with the illness.

Mr. Darrow, 63 years old, a native of Sag Harbor, is the founder of Fighting Chance, a free cancer counseling center that has served the East End of Long Island since 2002.
